Any product not sold by iSTYLE can only be repaired under the conditions specified by the manufacturer.
In case of Apple products, you can drop them off at any of our stores, as well as plenty of qualified service providers around the world.
For iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches and Macs, you must turn off the Find My feature using the folowing instructions and remove the device from your iCloud account.
For Apple Watch, you also need to turn off the activation lock, see this link for help.

Please only bring the defective device with you. The accessories or the box of the device are not needed for the repair.
In the event of a charging or battery problem, a charger used with the device is also required. For accessories without a serial number (earphones, cables, etc.), the serial number of the product used with it is required.
In the event of a defect affecting the operation of the software, we may need a device password, a passcode, or a user profile to test the error.
If the manufacturer's tests diagnose a hardware defect, the device will be repaired using a replacement part or in some cases due to the compactness of the device and for quality assurance reasons by the complete replacement of the device.
