What makes the EasyUpgrade/ EasyUpgrade+ rental service for businesses unique?
It’s an innovative way to use the latest Apple devices for business needs. There are no upfront payments. Payments are spread over the entire rental period, so you can plan your company's expenses more easily. The rental service is provided by bolttech Czechia s.r.o. legal entity code IČO 08775842, registration address Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město (Praha 1), 110 00 Praha
How does it work?
Device rental for businesses allows you to use latest models without having to buy them and the monthly fee is mostly lower when compared to loan or leasing instalments. After the term specified in the contract, you will have an opportunity to exchange the device to a newer model for an additional low upgrade fee. At the end of the agreement equipment can be returned or purchased by covering the remaining value. It is also possible to conclude a new contract by choosing another model. It’s not possible to rent the same device more than once.
When can I replace rented device with a new one?
Upgrade option is available for 24- and 36-months contracts, and you can upgrade your device to a new model after 12 months before the end of the contract term.
Is any downpayment required when signing a rental contract?
There is no downpayment when renting a device. You will receive a payment schedule with full list of monthly instalments.
Why choose rental over purchase?
This allows you to manage your company's finances more effectively. When buying new device, you need to pay large amount of money upfront, while renting you pay small monthly instalments. In addition, you can replace device fleet with new models during contract term. We will give your old devices a second life which contributes to reducing electronic waste plus you don’t need to worry about disposal methods.
What happens if any of rented devices get damaged during the contract term?
We recommend choosing rental variant EasyUpgrade+ which gives you additional protection service with 1 repair free of charge every 12 months. We cover mechanical damage and flooding with water. You can report a damage by calling our technical hotline +420 225 990 800 or by email info@bolttech.cz
What are the available contract durations?
We offer rental for 12, 24 and 36 months. Contract will not be automatically extended.
Do I have to delete my data when I return the device at the end of the contract
We recommend that customers reset their devices to factory settings to remove their personal data and accounts before returning the device. However, if it’s not done, we use special equipment that erases data in a certified manner. In some cases, factory reset may not be enough to completely erase data.
